Preparing you for the future of European travel

About etias.ca

Who doesn’t want to see more of the world? At etias.ca, we believe in the power of travel. We are a team of professionals dedicated to helping Canadians experience Europe.

Europe is such a great place to visit. So many countries with vastly different cultures, languages, cuisines, and scenery to explore in a relatively small area. There’s also a huge concentration of iconic landmarks to get the perfect holiday photo with, from the Eiffel Tower to the Colosseum.

With the rules for travelling to the European Schengen Area set to change, we have made it our mission to help Canadian travellers understand what they need to do when planning a trip. Our goal is to simplify the ETIAS application process and provide a smooth experience for our clients.

This is who we are. We’re here to help you make sense of ETIAS.

Our story

Our company started as a coming-together of like-minded travel enthusiasts with a passion for European adventures.

We realised that one of the most daunting parts of travelling abroad is getting a visa or travel authorisation — even figuring out the entry requirements for some destinations can seem like a challenge.

We decided to lend a hand. By providing clear information about travel requirements, we aim to make it easier to get from A to B and enjoy your well-earned holiday.

Enter the Electronic Travel and Information Authorisation for Europe, a.k.a. ETIAS.

This upcoming digital visa waiver scheme will make travelling to the Schengen Area safer than ever. It also means that passengers who don’t need a visa, like Canadians, will soon need to register online with the ETIAS system.

We set up etias.ca to make sure you know what you need to do to visit Schengen countries once the online platform is launched.

How can we help?

Our mission is to make things easier for you. With years of experience working in the travel and tourism industries, and a team of experts on hand, we keep you updated with the latest news about the Schengen Area’s visa policy and the new travel authorisation.

Please be aware that occasionally, visa regulations and entry restrictions are updated with little notice from the European Union (EU) and Schengen member states. We endeavour to keep our site up-to-date. However, if you notice any incorrect information, please let us know so that we can rectify it.
